SPRING DEPOSIT MEETING - SUNDAY, MARCH 3, 2013 @ 6PM Location: Creekside pub, 3929 Lakeshore rd.
Please ensure you have one team representative at this
meeting and bring your $400 deposits with you. For this meeting, please complete
this registration form & return either via email or bring to the meeting for
our files. For those of you that would like to pay your full season balances at this meeting, please contact either myself, Brad Campbell or Kevin Yamaoka for these amounts.

Ball pick-up will be this night and the balance of league fees will be due. Please invite your
team members out this night to attend & pick up any last minute items they may need

Competitive season will start Tuesday, April 9, 2013
PLAYOFFS FOR EVERYONE WILL BE THE WEEKEND OF AUGUST 17TH & AUGUST 18TH, WITH THE
POSSIBILITY OF SOME ROUND ROBIN PLAY ON THE FRIDAY, AUGUST 16TH
All start dates are dependant on when the City of Kelowna opens the fields for play. NOTE ON SPONSORS:
For the past number of years our league has been providing incentives to teams
using money that we've received from our wonderful sponsors to keep our league fees
lower than any other umpired league. As you know, over the past few years we have
lost a number of those sponsors and in order to continue our incentive program for
the next season, 2014 we MUST acquire some new sponsors to replace them. We have a
good start with the addition of the Creekside Pub but we do need more and need your
help! Please ask your employers, friends with business or anyone you know that
might benefit from the exposure to such a huge network as our league!
During the season, please ensure to support our sponsors as much as possible so they
come back and continue to sponsor our league for many more to come.
